Synopsis

An ex-detective follows tracks of his missing daughter to unfold disturbing evidences and truths of the beautiful and intelligent Kanako. Nakashima’s pastel-toned cinematography to create the most sensationally gruesome and eccentric thriller yet.

NAKASHIMA Tetsuya

Born in 1959, acclaimed Japanese filmmaker Nakashima started his film career with his film, Bakayaro! I’m Plenty Mad in 1988. His directed films including Kamikaze Girls, Memories of Matsuko, and the critically-acclaimed Confessions which made to the final shortlist for the Best foreign Language Film category at the 83rd Academy Awards.
